End User Licence and Acceptable Use Policy

1. Agreement and parties

This End User Licence and Acceptable Use Policy (the “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and DecorZone Ghana Limited for the DecorZone mobile application, including its content, updates and related services (the “App”). It supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about use of the App, this EULA controls; the Terms continue to govern purchases and other Services.

For an App obtained through Apple’s App Store, this agreement is between you and DecorZone—not Apple. DecorZone, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content, subject to this EULA.

2. Licence

Subject to this EULA, DecorZone grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install and use the App for lawful personal use on devices you own or control and as permitted by the applicable app-store usage rules. Family Sharing or similar features may be used only where the app store permits them.

The App is licensed, not sold. DecorZone and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. App accounts and authentication

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your device and one-time verification codes, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not create accounts through automated means, impersonate another person, evade a restriction, or use an account for fraud or unlawful activity.

4. Permitted use

You may use the App to browse products, visualise décor, manage favourites and carts, place and track orders, request design assistance, manage your account and use other features we make available. You must follow applicable law, these policies and reasonable in-App instructions.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not help another person to:

• copy, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute or commercially exploit the App except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to discover source code, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by law;
• bypass security, probe systems, gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or overload the App or its services;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools except through an interface we expressly authorise;
• introduce malware or use the App for deception, infringement, harassment or any unlawful purpose;
• remove legal, copyright, trademark or ownership notices; or
• use product images, room previews or design outputs to misrepresent DecorZone products or another person’s property.

6. Camera, photos and augmented reality

Camera and photo-library access is optional and used only after you grant device permission. It supports augmented-reality placement, saving or sharing previews, and any room image you deliberately attach to a design request. You can withdraw device permissions in system settings, although affected features may stop working.

AR measurements, placement, scale, lighting, colour and AI-generated or isolated product imagery are approximate. The App is not a measuring, structural, safety or installation tool. Confirm physical dimensions and suitability before purchasing or installing a product, and remain aware of your surroundings while using the camera.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DecorZone the limited licence described in the Terms of Service so we can provide the feature you requested. Do not submit confidential material you are not authorised to share, images of people without appropriate permission, or unlawful or infringing content.

8. Privacy and device data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The App may process account identifiers, phone number, orders, favourites, consultation requests, device and diagnostic information, notification tokens, and content you choose to submit. App-store and operating-system providers may process information independently under their own policies.

9. Updates and availability

We may provide patches, upgrades or feature changes. Some updates may be required for security or continued operation. The App may be unavailable during maintenance, network disruption or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for a compatible device, data connection and any carrier charges.

10. Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, including those of your mobile network, device platform, app store and payment provider. Links or integrations do not mean DecorZone controls or endorses an independent third-party service.

11. Maintenance and support

DecorZone is responsible for App maintenance and support to the extent required by law or this EULA. Apple and other app-store providers have no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Contact DecorZone using the details below.

12. Warranties and product claims

Mandatory consumer warranties and remedies remain unaffected. Where an applicable warranty cannot be disclaimed and the App fails to conform, an app-store provider may refund the App purchase price (if any) as required by its rules; to the maximum extent permitted by law, that provider has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.

DecorZone, not Apple or another app-store provider, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability claims, failure to conform to a legal requirement, and consumer-protection or privacy claims, except to the extent responsibility rests elsewhere under applicable law.

13. Intellectual-property claims

If a third party claims that the App or your authorised use infringes intellectual-property rights, DecorZone—not Apple—is responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim to the extent required by this EULA and applicable law.

14. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to an applicable government embargo and are not listed on an applicable prohibited or restricted-party list. You must not export, re-export or use the App in violation of applicable trade-control or sanctions laws.

15. Suspension and termination

This EULA continues until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination, the licence ends, but terms that by nature should survive—including ownership, liability, governing law and accrued rights—remain effective.

16. Liability and governing law

The liability provisions in the Terms of Service apply to the App. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without preventing you from relying on any mandatory protection that applies to you.

17. Apple as third-party beneficiary

If you obtained the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Once you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

18. Changes

We may update this EULA for legal, security or operational reasons. We will publish the current version here and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
